Regarding all jewelry:
No returns are currently accepted unless the item has been gravely misrepresented. All items are packaged to withstand typical shipping wear and tear, and tracking information is provided for all orders; due to this, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Insurance can be purchased for your package upon request - please contact us to make this happen!
Color may vary slightly from photos, since all screens display color differently.
All metals have been tested with appropriate professional acid solutions using the “scrape test” method to determine metal content. Gold has been tested again electronically with a Gemoro Auracle AGT1 Plus. No other methods (such as x-ray) are used to determine metal content. Items are sold as-is, bearing this in mind.
We endeavor to disclose all condition information clearly and fully, but please be aware that what qualifies as “good condition” for vintage and antique jewelry differs from new and/or modern jewelry. Antique and vintage jewelry should be treated as second-hand, and therefore will show light surface wear, light metal discoloration, etc. Major condition issues - such as cracks, missing stones, and splits in metal - will be disclosed.
As with any secondhand, vintage, and/or antique item, these items' histories are not known. Their materials, dates of manufacture, condition, functionality, durability, and safety can be reasonably speculated on, but cannot be known without a doubt or guaranteed. I will always do my due diligence in inspecting items and reporting these details the best I can, but the buyer assumes all liability an item may hold upon purchasing said item from my shop. All time periods listed are educated approximations ONLY and not guarantees.
Unless otherwise stated, jewelry and gemstones have NOT been officially graded for variety, origin, color, clarity, or treatment by GIA personnel. All information provided is educated and researched, but should not be considered scientific or exact assessment.
